Glue blender is important equipment whose blending effects will influence the glue consumption and the final product qualities. Our glue blenders are specially designed with different sizes and structures to satisfy different production needs. On the other hand, the inner shells of our glue blenders are made of stainless steel to ensure a durable life and good thermal conductivity. To guarantee high-accuracy for big capacity blenders, we specially customize stainless steel pipes to make the inner shell.

And our double-shell structure with cooling water circulating inside as well as the cooling water in the shaft, help maintain a low temperature for the materials stopping the glue from advance curing.

And to further guarantee low temperature inside the blenders in operation, we design long shaft and slow rotating blenders. The long inner shells guarantee enough distance for the materials and glue to be evenly mixed, and on the other hand, the slower rotating speed of the shafts stop too much heat generated from fast friction.
